KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain electrical equipment, including turbine and diesel generators, transformers, MCCs, UPSs and electric drives; carry out planned and corrective maintenance.
Implement electrical maintenance programmes on assigned offshore facilities under the supervision of Engineers/Supervisors.
Calibrate and test electrical devices; troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in process and utility systems.
Report defects and inspection findings clearly to the Electrical Supervisor and maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks.
Support contractors/vendors with instrumentation maintenance when assigned, and perform other duties directed by the E&I Supervisor.
Yêu cầu
University degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
Preferably at least 2 years of electrical/electronic experience in the oil and gas or heavy industry sector.
Able to work offshore on a rotational schedule, independently and/or as part of a team; able to lead a work team when required.
Proficient in English; adaptable to multicultural teams and able to learn new equipment, processes and procedures quickly.
Experience with a foreign-invested company in Vietnam is an advantage.
