Các trách nhiệm chính / Main responsibilities
Design and develop PCB-based control units for forklift systems:
• Motor controllers
• Power management boards (DC-DC converter, Relay, Microcontroller etc)
• Lighting & safety systems
• Sensor interface boards
Perform circuit calculation & design:
• Current, voltage, power, thermal
• Timing, signal integrity, EMI/EMC
• Component derating calculation
• Thermal calculation for PCB & enclosures
Perform schematic capture and PCB layout using industry-standard tools (Altium
Designer, Kicad, etc.)
Collaborate with software/control teams to ensure interface alignment (CAN, LIN, SPI, analog/digital IO)
Prepare technical reports, test plans, and design validation documents
