Description: Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in electrical engineering principles, practices, and technologies.

Project Support
Description: Collaborate with project teams to ensure electrical designs meet technical specifications and project requirements.
Tools/Software: Use project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer).
Problem Solving
Description: Analyze and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to develop effective solutions.
Tools/Methodologies: Employ root cause analysis techniques and tools like fault tree analysis (FTA) or failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
Quality Assurance
Description: Review and validate electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Standards: Adhere to ISO 9001 quality management systems and IPC standards for electronics design and manufacturing.
Documentation
Description: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals.
Tools/Software: Utilize document management systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) and technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare).
Training and Mentorship
Description: Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff on electrical systems and processes.

Mastery of Theory and Application: Strong understanding of the theory and application of electronic component parts. Review, evaluate, and propose design improvements for Schematics & PCB, optimizing designs and troubleshooting issues (voltage drop, overheating components, unexplained component failures, etc.) on the circuit board before mass production.
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, specifications, and test scenarios for circuit boards.
Experience with System on Module (SoM) and System on Chip (SoC): Familiarity with platforms such as Jetson NX/Orin, CM4, IMX8P, etc.
High-Speed PCB Design: Design PCBs for high-speed interfaces such as USB 3.0, HDMI 2.0, DDR3/DDR4, PCIe, NAND Flash, Ethernet 10/100/1000base-T. Strong knowledge of power consumption, signal integrity, crosstalk, timing; perform sensitive signal simulations before PCB fabrication.
Knowledge of Control DRCs: Understanding of Design Rule Checks (DRCs), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI)/Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), shielding, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) on electronic circuit boards.
EMC/EMI Compliance: Design PCBs that comply with EMC/EMI standards and know how to resolve related issues on circuit boards.
Knowledge of DFM/DFA/DFT: Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Testability (DFT), and PCB/PCBA processes according to IPC standards.
Additional requirements for UAV Systems Expert Position
Energy Management Expertise: Understanding of energy density optimization in UAV systems. Experience with battery technologies that enhance flight duration and efficiency is essential.
Communication Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in designing communication systems for UAVs, including secure data transmission protocols and energy-efficient communication methods.
Sensor Integration Skills: Experience integrating various sensors into UAV platforms to enhance functionality. This includes knowledge of electrical requirements and data handling for sensors like LiDAR and thermal cameras.
Autonomous Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with control systems for autonomous flight operations and algorithms used in trajectory planning and obstacle avoidance.
