Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Electronics R&D Manager ($2000, ID21131)
Manage and oversee the overall operations of the R&D Department.
Develop, improve, and optimize production operation processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Conduct research, develop, and implement new technologies and innovations into manufacturing operations.
Monitor and control project progress, quality standards, and technical performance to ensure project effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement
Male, under 46 years old.
Master's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.
At least 10 years of experience as an R&D Manager in the electronic components industry, particularly in camera-related products.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in both speaking and writing.
