- Provide technical service support to customers via telephone, onsite visits, and other communication channels.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and electronic issues related to:
• Frequency inverters
• Controllers
• 3-phase asynchronous motors
• Synchronous motors
- Perform onsite and remote technical support activities.
- Repair and maintain inverters, controllers, motors, and related electronic equipment within the workshop.
- Identify technical problems and document solutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in automation, electronics, and drive systems.
- Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards during all service activities.
- Diploma, college degree or higher qualification in Mechatronics,
Electrical Engineering, Automation Control Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of onsite service experience in the automation industry.
- Good knowledge of:
• Frequency inverters
• Servo motors
• Gear motors
• Industrial automation applications
- Experience in repairing electronic circuit boards is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PLC systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and travel regionally when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
