Mô tả công việc
- Will work as ELV Engineer for the project.
- Will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors and involve in design/ review/ implementation of all ELV functions and discipline required for the project.
- Supervise contractors/ subcontractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers for the timely delivery of equipment.
- Will assure that the installations of ELV related systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, etc.) comply with drawings, required specifications and standards.
- Responsible for the site work implementation and documentation to achieve the project target completion date.
- Liaise with duty Senior Manager to plan and receive daily work.
- Will keep records and related data of site progress to maintain regular/ timely updates to Senior Manager.
- Report to the Senior Manager of site progress and problems being encountered for assistance and guidance.
- Attend site meetings regularly and liaise with others for details of works and coordination of requirements amongst various parties.
- Involve in testing and commissioning of the installed systems and ensure compliance and handover.
- Other duties as required.
Yêu cầu
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Degree in Information/ Electrical & Electronics/ Automation/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. Fresh graduation is considered.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in ELV including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Physical Security, PA, BGM, AV, BMS, etc... and UPS systems.
- Should have a thorough knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control Systems, Physical Security, PA, BGM, AV, BMS, etc... and UPS systems)
- Good knowledge to prepare quotation from a CAD drawing and site visit
- Proficient in computer and application software
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
- Knowledgeable of power tools and most hand tools.
- Good knowledge of relevant procedures, codes and standards
- Good organizational skills, good attention to detail, ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Should have the knowledge/ experience working on campus-wide projects.
- Worked in the construction industry/ environment.
- Be self-motivated and good communication skills including written and spoken
- Willing to travel for business.
- Willing to work overtime.
