About Us
We are a US-based e-commerce company selling premium home theater seating and automotive furniture across our own websites and the major marketplaces.
We run a fast-moving team in Ho Chi Minh City, and we are building it out to cover every part of online retail for our US brands. Each person on the team owns a share of the revenue they generate.
The Role
You will own two channels: email marketing and organic social media. We combine them because they both build relationships with customers who already know us, and we want one person to own the revenue they generate.
Email is your main focus. You will build more and better flows, run campaigns, and test something new every day to move the numbers. Organic social supports that: it grows our audience, keeps customers engaged, and brings new subscribers into your email list.
Our products are premium, considered purchases. Customers often research for weeks before they buy. Your emails and social content need to educate, build trust, and bring customers back when they are ready to buy.
This is a performance role. We measure you on the revenue your channels generate.
What You Will Own
Email flows
Building and improving automated flows in Klaviyo: welcome, browse abandonment, cart and checkout abandonment, post-purchase, review requests, cross-sell and win-back
Long nurture flows that educate customers during a weeks-long buying decision
Segmenting customers by behavior, product interest and purchase stage
Email campaigns
Planning and sending regular campaigns: product launches, sales, educational content and seasonal promotions
Writing subject lines and copy, and briefing our
designers on email layouts
Maintaining list health and deliverability: clean lists, sender reputation and spam compliance
Testing
A daily testing habit: subject lines, send times, offers, content, layouts and flow timing
Logging every test, its result and what you learned
Rolling winners out across flows and campaigns
Organic social media
Running our organic channels, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
Planning a content calendar, and creating or briefing posts, short videos and stories
Spotting trends, and reusing winning ad creatives and customer content
Growing our email list from social, and replying to comments and messages
Collaboration
Working with the Meta ads specialist on lead capture and audiences
Working with designers on email and social creatives, and with our
data analyst on reporting
How We Work
Data first
Every decision should start with data. You will read email and social results, pull out clear takeaways, and decide what to test next. When a test fails, we want to know why and what you will try next.
AI as part of daily work
We expect you to use AI every day: to write and test copy, plan content, create social posts, analyze results and build faster workflows. We don't rely on AI blindly. We use it to produce more and test faster, and we keep the expertise to check its output and protect our brand voice.
What You Need (Non-Negotiable)
Proven, hands-on experience with Klaviyo for an e-commerce brand
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email: building and editing templates, fixing layout issues, and making sure emails display correctly across email clients and on mobile
A real track record of building email flows and campaigns that convert, with specific revenue numbers you can speak to
Direct experience running A/B tests in email, and reading the results correctly
A strong data mindset: you understand open rate, click rate, conversion rate and revenue per recipient, and turn them into clear takeaways
Experience running organic social media for a brand
Daily, practical use of AI tools for copy, content and analysis, plus the judgment to check their output
Excellent written English, with copy that sounds natural to US customers
Bonus
Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase products such as furniture, home goods or electronics
Experience with Shopify and its integration with Klaviyo
SMS marketing experience
Basic design or video skills (for example Figma, Canva, CapCut, or even via AI)
Experience growing an email list through pop-ups, quizzes or social
