Job Description:
As an Embedded Software Engineer - ADAS, you will join an automotive electronics software team working on Autonomous Driving / ADAS radar-based systems. You will contribute to integrated software solutions, technical design, system analysis, and delivery quality in compliance with automotive development standards. In your daily work, you will:
Collaborate on high-level design of integrated software solutions in compliance with ASPICE.
Work with the Software
Project Manager to identify optimal technical solutions to project challenges.
Analyze customer needs for radar systems, including function implementation and system interfaces, and provide estimates for integrated system solutions.
Improve software development and engineering operations through system analysis and recommendations for process or procedure improvements.
Participate in and lead design quality reviews, and provide technical mentoring to other engineers.
Take primary ownership of assigned ADAS software modules and ensure delivery quality.
Perform other tasks assigned by the department manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in embedded systems development.
Strong command of embedded development tools, especially Rhapsody, Polyspace, winIDEA, DaVinci, DOORS, and PTC.
Experience with simulation and development tools such as Vector CANoe.
Strong programming skills in C, C++, and CAPL.
Strong experience with 32-bit MCUs, especially Infineon TriCore, together with bare-metal OS / RTOS and multi-core development.
AUTOSAR experience is preferred.
Experience with automotive communication, diagnostic, and cybersecurity protocols including CAN, LIN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, J1939, and UDS.
CI/CD and automation development experience is a plus.
FBL / bootloader software development experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: automotive cybersecurity development or functional safety development.
Familiarity with automotive software maturity models such as ASPICE and/or CMMI.
Fluent in english both spoken and written.
