Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing technology road map for team
Collaboratively working with project and talent stream for technical issues
Partnering with development functions for demand-supply management
Enable associates to find work aligned to the skills
Well-nourished and well-orchestrated talent management and development
Effective risk management in technical complexity and volatility
Increase of engineering efficiency
Availability of the right technical associates at the right time for the right projects
