Definition of the discipline specific test strategies (i.e. System and Software test, System integration test, Planning and request of resources for testing (budget, capacity, test equipment, sample demand, ... )
Scheduling, tracking and adjustment of milestones in the testing activities for every release
Communication and reporting, generation of overviews, management of the interfaces between the stakeholders
Test specific documents: initial setup, versioning, maintenance and distribution, e.g.: Overall and discipline specific test strategies, roadmaps, resource plans, documentation of reviews
Involvement in 5Why, 8D
Technical consult/support
Authority:
Request decision on definition of test cycles including start, end, and test scope
Decision on variant concept and the main test variant
Technical leadership of system- and software testers
Cancellation of test cycle if exit criteria are fulfilled or entry criteria are not met
Testing process compliance

Experience Level:
From 5 years experience in testing
At least 2 years experience as Test Lead
Qualifications:
Experience in Automation system test is a plus
Good at testing technique (certified ISTQB-Basic or above)

Good English communication skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening)
