The Human Resource Department seeks a creative and enthusiastic Employer Branding and Internal Communication Specialist to join our ambitious team. With the mission to be a strategic partner, our Human Resource department provides various activities and policy directions to attract, develop, retain, and engage employees.
As an Employer Branding and Internal Communication Specialist, you will be achieved through the creation of compelling social content and the execution of engaging activities both internal and external that resonate with current and prospective employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of editing and creating content on Coc Coc's digital platforms;
- Organize activities to enhance employer branding such as company tour, job fair...;
- Participate in implementing internal cohesion activities;
- Update content effectively and promptly on communication channels (Email, Facebook, Linkedin, Careersite...);
- Manage and measure the effectiveness of activities and propose improvement plans.
- Other duties assigned by direct management.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in the EB&IC, communication, or relevant industries;
- Multi-platform content creation and writing skills;
- Content editing Experience in event organization;
- Having digital marketing skills is an advantage.
Soft skills:
- Grow mindset, fast learning, and eagerness to learn new things;
- Be proactive and open in communication and connection
- Detailed, careful, and meticulous in work
- Can work under pressure and multitask.
- Good communication skills both in English and Vietnamese;
