We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Employer Branding Intern to join Stavian GLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
This position focuses primarily on employer branding initiatives to strengthen our company's image as an employer of choice, while supporting the recruitment process across various functions.
1.Employer Branding (80%)
Assist in planning and executing employer branding campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Create and manage content (articles, visuals, videos) that highlight company culture, people stories, and workplace values.
Support campus recruitment and career event activities, including logistics, communication materials, and post-event reports.
Conduct market research and benchmark top employers to identify creative EB trends and ideas.
Collaborate with the PR & Marketing and HR teams to ensure a consistent brand message and visual identity.
2. Talent Acquisition (20%)
Maintain candidate database, and update recruitment reports.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing,
Digital Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Good sense of creativity, storytelling, and social media trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
