1. Preventive Maintenance
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on M&E systems.
- Inspect mechanical and electrical equipment regularly.
- Maintain plumbing and utility systems.
- Complete preventive maintenance records accurately.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules.
2. Corrective Maintenance
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Replace defective components when required.
- Escalate major technical issues promptly.
3. Engineering Operations
- Operate engineering equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor utilities and building services.
- Support operation of pumps, water systems, electrical equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain plant rooms and engineering facilities.
- Ensure engineering work areas remain clean and organized.
4. Materials & Documentation
- Maintain tools and engineering equipment properly.
- Request spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Complete work orders and maintenance reports accurately.
- Maintain engineering records and documentation.
- Support inventory control of engineering materials.
5. Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with Engineering Associates and operational departments.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Laundry, Security, and other departments during maintenance activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training.
- Support engineering projects and preventive maintenance programs.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.
6. Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow Resort engineering policies and procedures.
- Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Use engineering tools and equipment safely.
- Report hazards and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Participate in emergency response procedures.
- Maintain professional grooming in accordance with Resort standards.
1. Education: Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Working experience
Previous experience in Mechanical & Electrical maintenance or a similar Engineering role is preferred.
Experience in an international resort, hotel, or commercial building is an advantage.
3. Professional knowledge and skills
Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Basic knowledge of plumbing and utility systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot engineering equipment.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.

Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.
Service Charge: Up to VND 10 million/month
