Engineer, Mechanical

Key accountabilities:
Responsible to the Senior Engineer for the preparation of design as per codes / standards and client's specifications, requisitions for materials, equipment, valves, etc., and for the timely completion of each planned engineering activity assigned to him.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To generate isometric drawings and weld mapping, understand engineering flow schemes and piping symbols.
Thiết kế bản vẽ đẳng cự và sơ đồ hàn, hiểu rõ sơ đồ kỹ thuật thiết kế và các ký hiệu đường ống được sử dụng.
- To perform material take-off from piping isometric and layout drawings and to perform piping stress analysis.
Thực hiện thống kê vật liệu từ các bản vẽ đẳng cự và bản vẽ xây dựng và phân tích ứng suất đường ống.
- To select appropriate piping material and conduct line checking.
Lựa chọn vật liệu đường ống thích hợp và thực hiện việc kiểm tra thích ứng.
- To monitor hydrotesting, flushing and air blowing and to check test package
Theo dõi thử áp lực đường ống, xả nước và thổi không khí và kiểm tra chạy thử.
- To maintain a proper record and filing of all incoming/outgoing drawings and/ or any changes at the sites.
Duy trì một bộ hồ sơ chuẩn và sắp xếp tất cả các bản vẽ đến / đi và hoặc có bất kỳ thay đổi ở ngoài công trường.
- To monitor the progress and expedite on the small-bore weld map preparation and maintain a proper record of the weld maps prepared.
Theo dõi tiến trình và tiến hành chuẩn bị sơ đồ hàn lỗ nhỏ và duy trì một bộ hồ sơ chuẩn về các mối hàn đã được chuẩn bị.
- To ensure that all data entry into the ISOMAN.
Đảm bảo tất cả các dữ liệu được nhập vào hệ thống ISOMAN
- To update and incorporate all field changes on to the isometric drawings.
Cập nhập và kết hợp với tất cả các thay đổi ở công trường vào bản vẽ đẳng cự.
- To liaise with clients on engineering matters related to project.
Liên hệ với khách hàng về các vấn đề kỹ thuật liên quan đến dự án
- To carry out engineering calculations and/or design as and when required.
Thực hiện các tính toán kỹ thuật và/hoặc thiết kế theo yêu cầu.
- To provide technical and engineering support for the project.
Cung cấp các hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho dự án.
- To plan & prioritize pipe fabrication & installation on site.
Lập kế hoạch và ưu tiên chế tạo, lắp đặt đường ống ở công trường.
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác khi người giám sát trực tiếp hoặc quản lý cấp cao hơn giao phó.
