- Read and research documents on new technology from the internet or university (in English)
- Person in charge of the technical process
- Process condition optimization and improvement
- New technology, new product verification and development
- Give out new ideas for new technology or new products
- Co-operate with another section to verify new technology, new product
- Make plans, follow up, and report the progress of the project timely to the leader

+ The employees can go to work after passing the recruitment round
+ When entering to the company, the employees shall be signed the two-month probation contract with the company. If the employees pass the probation time, the employees shall be signed the first 12-month definite labor contract with the company.

- Male or Female.
- Graduated from university with a technical major (Chemistry, mechatronic, material and related major)
- Good logical thinking
- Can read technical documents, have experiments on new technology research & development
- Good english skills in working
- Good skill of computer, especially in Office
- Can use drawing software (CAD, 2D, 3D) is advantage.
- Good skill of teamwork, planning and following up project
- Can work under high pressure and committed to long-term working
