Engineer

- Explore, survey, understand building /complex's technical system.
- Inspect, maintain, operate M&E system of building/community (electricity, water, air conditioner, generator., etc) daily/in shift based on check list
- Make list of management of technical system of the building / complex.
- Manage and assign works to junior staffs, supervising technical staffs and related process.
- Keep up on process and regulation on interior decoration.
- Based on managing as-built drawing of each apartment to examine/approve design drawing of apartments.
- Build procedures and regulation on checking/observing Interior decoration.
- Review and approve the design for interior decoration of resident in the project
- Update and manage technical budget
- Ensure technical system of building, complex are operated effectively and economically
- Ensure labor safety, fire prevention and fighting, environment.
- Ensure legality of technical system by inspection, environmental monitoring, certification of fire prevention and fighting etc.
- Carry out other assigned duties from superiors.
