Team Leadership & Maintenance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15 Maintenance Engineers and Technicians.
Manage shift schedules, workload balancing, and rapid response to machine breakdowns.
Ensure the team has the required training, tools, and technical resources to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
Operational Excellence, SOPs & Preventive Maintenance
Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs for routine machine maintenance, planned downtime, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Drive proactive, data-driven maintenance instead of reactive repair.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available.
Factory Performance, OEE & Safety Compliance
Work closely with the Production Manager to monitor, analyze, and report OEE metrics, including Availability, Performance, and Quality.
Lead root cause analysis for recurring failures to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Identify capital investment opportunities for machine upgrades or modifications.
Ensure all maintenance activities follow company safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.

Education & Experience
5 years of professional experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or a related field within a manufacturing or production environment.
3 years of proven experience managing and leading a sizable team of engineers or technicians; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or similar technical field is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical background in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls, including PLCs.
Experience with high-speed packaging or converting machinery.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs.
Deep understanding and practical experience in measuring and improving OEE.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
