TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES
I. COLLECT, VALIDATE, MANAGE CUSTOMER DOCS TO SUPPORT RFQ:
o Collect, validate, and maintain to ensure information data clear, unique and updated with company control documents systems.
o Classified customer documents and saved/upload at correct position.
o Entry the information of customer documents into systems. (customer part number, revision, description,...).
o Maintain and update costing databases, spreadsheets, and support ERP systems.
o Created item master list for ensure ERP, DWG and Vaults Docs number is correct.
o Convert customer Docs to other format to support relating task.
o Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.
II. COMPARISON/ REVIEW DOCUMENT:
o Update the comparison request to the data log.
o Compare DOCS/BOM/drawing and highlight changes, then send the notice to the Engineer for review.
WORKING CONDITIONS & OTHERS
• Working conditions: Working at Thermx, Lot 39, Street 6, Vsip 1; Working hours: Office hours.
• Authorities:
o Report to Engineering Service Manager.
o Occasional events will be required for team meetings, training.
Yêu cầu
• Education: College degree or higher relating to engineering field (Major relating to Data science is a plus).
• Experience:
o Good in English reading, writing skills.
o Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
o +1 Years in working on procement or document handle.
o +1 Years in working with ERP system or relating software.
o Know Autodesk Vault is a plus.
o Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
o Sociable, good communication.
o Organizing skills.
