Mô tả công việc
1. General tasks:
- Participate in managing the activities of the department according to the Company regulations and assigned tasks
- Participate in researching, proposing, drafting and submitting regulations, regulations and standards for the project and at the same time supervising the implementation.
- Formulate, monitor plans, synthesize and evaluate the plan's implementation by week, month, quarter, year or according to project requirements
- Participate in building investment plans, investment preparation and implementation plans of investment projects of the Company.
- Participate in completing investment procedures for projects, participating in capital planning to implement projects.
- Monitor and perform investment accounting, compare the efficiency of investment plans, update and adjust the accounting of investment projects, inspect the economic accounting of investment projects and projects. Contributing projects, participating in building development methods for the Company's investment projects
- Participate in checking / setting up investment projects, verifying and evaluating total investment, total cost estimates, detailed cost estimates of projects, works, work items of the Company's projects. Investment project settlement, efficiency evaluation.
- Participate in the administration of contracts with partners within the scope of the contract's functions.
- Check the content of the economic contract before submitting to the authority to sign it with the partners
- Verifying the completed volume, payment and finalization of project works by the company as an investor, by the project private sector or joint venture according to the assignment.
- Keeping confidential information, documents and business secrets of the company
- Perform other jobs as assigned by the management level
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate or higher majoring in construction / mechanical engineering / automation.
- English: Proficiency in reading and understanding professional documents.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and related software to serve the work.
- Master the basic knowledge of the trained profession.
- Understanding of laws related to investment, economic management, regulatory processes, unit prices, norms ....
- Understand administrative procedures and principles in accordance with the law.
- Ability to coordinate with individuals, units, functional departments to perform assigned tasks.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of investment and economic planning management of units / enterprises operating in the investment sector. Priority with experience participating in investment management projects in the food industry.
