I. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Information Integration
Collect and consolidate information from all departments, creating a comprehensive knowledge ecosystem
Build connections between product specifications, company processes, and departmental knowledge
Maintain a centralized repository of current product information, including features, pricing, and technical details
Track package information and ensure product documentation is up-to-date and accessible
Knowledge Management
Develop and implement an intuitive information architecture that makes knowledge easily discoverable
Create standardized templates and formats for consistent information capture
Map relationships between different knowledge areas to highlight connections and interdependencies
Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with subject matter experts to fill them
Information Distribution
Create efficient methods for sharing knowledge across departments and teams
Design and manage internal knowledge-sharing platforms and tools
Ensure appropriate access levels while maximizing information availability
Develop methods to push relevant information to teams when needed
Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as the go-to person for locating specific information across the organization
Build strong relationships with knowledge owners in each department
Facilitate knowledge transfer between teams and departments
Help new employees navigate the company's knowledge landscape
Content Development & Maintenance
Create simplified versions of complex information for different audiences
Update existing content to reflect current practices and products
Archive outdated information while preserving valuable historical knowledge
Implement version control processes for critical information
