EQuest is looking for potential candidates for the position of Human Resource Manager for EQuest School Members with the following details:
Responsibilities:
Provides operational and strategic leadership to drive service excellence and a high-performing collaborative culture.
General HR program/policy development, administration.
Oversees benefits strategy.
Staffing and Recruiting.
Talent & Organization performance.
Training & Development.
Solving problems arising in labor relations.
Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
Developing, analyzing and updating the company's performance appraisal and rewards policy.
Establishes & Implements strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact to business in alignment with the organization objectives.
Develop plan for optimizing the organization, function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area.
Maintains compliance with labor laws and relating regulations, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
