Mô tả công việc
Scope of work:
1. Investment opportunity identifications focused on Vietnam equity markets: 75%
- Identifying stocks with good investment potential, performing financial analyses & valuation modelling, and preparing stock recommendation reports/ investment memorandum.
- Participating in earnings calls and investor conferences, managing solid relationship with clients and listed companies.
- Conduct industry research including desktop research, interviews and networking with industry experts, evaluating industry reports by professional providers, and developing industry database.
- Communicate investment ideas to PM and assist PM in presenting the idea to Investment Committees (of the related Funds or managed accounts).
2. Trading execution and trading strategies: 25%
- Executing and responsible for related trading activities, supporting to review transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinating implementation and documentation for compliance and Broker/ Dealer operations.
- Identifying potential trading strategies using fundamentals & technical analysis or quantitative trading and offer ideas to improve new ones.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
- Required professional certificate: Fund management certificate from the State Securities Commission (Yêu cầu bắt buộc: Chứng chỉ hành nghề Quản lý Quỹ)
- Bachelor's degree in BA, accounting, economics, finance, and relevant fields.
- At least 3 years of (combined) work experience in equity investment or research analyst for fund management companies, securities firms, Big4 audit, or corporate finance advisors; having covered at least 2 sectors.
- Demonstrated understanding of Vietnam stock market and macroeconomic outlook.
- Proficient use of financial tools, including Bloomberg, Capital IQ and FiinPro-X.
- Advanced analytical thinking, financial analyses and valuation modelling skills, highly developed computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and exceptional command of written Vietnamese and English.
