ERP Business Analyst Intern
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Business Analyst Intern to support our ERP-related initiatives across departments. This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise systems, process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, making it a great stepping stone for those pursuing a career in business systems or operations.
Job Descriptions
- Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze ERP-related requirements
- Assist in reviewing and improving business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, etc.)
- Support ERP configuration tracking and documentation under guidance from senior analysts
- Assist with testing activities (UAT, functional testing), data validation, and issue tracking
- Help prepare training materials, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Join project meetings and assist with task follow-ups, status updates, and reporting
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in: Management Information Systems, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, or Industrial Engineering
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good English skills (both written and verbal)
- Prior exposure to ERP systems (from coursework, internships, or projects)
- Understanding of core business functions like procurement, inventory, or accounting
- Experience using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Excel flowcharts for process mapping
