ERP Business Analyst (Manufacturing)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Work directly with PM/PO and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and draft documentation describing end-user requirements for ERP.
- Collect data, analyze business processes, and propose solutions to PO and stakeholders for process improvement.
- Research, survey, and assess user needs to design User Stories that describe end-user behaviors and product usage.
- Design data models, create mockups or prototypes for projects.
- Manage and update information during project execution as changes occur.
- Participate in testing system features from an end-user perspective and validate the product.
- Write user manuals and conduct application introduction and training sessions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on procedures and processes related to the project.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of PTPM processes (Waterfall, Agile).
- SQL Query skills (Inner Join, Left Join, etc.).
- General knowledge of Big Data applications, Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
- Business analysis techniques such as functional business models, relational data models, UML language, creating Use Cases.
- Skills in modeling with mind mapping and proficiency in tools like Visio.
- UI/UX knowledge. Understanding UX for applications/products and evaluating UI/UX designs.
- Experience in building prototypes and visual design for products/applications.
- Knowledge of system Data Flow Diagram (DFD) design.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
