ARTHA IT Group is a business solution expert and authorized Gold Microsoft Partner for various Microsoft software, including Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Cloud Solution Provider Direct. They specialize in providing vertical solutions for different industries, such as plantations management, oil mill and weighbridge management, real estate and property management, retail, e-mobile, and garment and textile management. ARTHA IT Group is a single gate end-to-end solution provider, offering ERP consulting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics software.
We Urgently Needed a full-time on-site role for an ERP Project Manager (Head Of Department) at ARTHA IT Group located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Job Description
• Create and maintain project plans.
• Assign tasks and manage project team members.
• Forecast commitment based on the project plans.
• Problem solving resources conflicts.
• Perform risk analysis.
• Create and communicate project status reports to management and customers.
• Ensure quality, timeline, and budget for deliverables of projects.
• Maintain a relationship with client and team members.
• Ensure customer acceptance for delivered service.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field
• Must have strong project management knowledge and more than 3 years of working experience with ERP or Microsoft Dynamics software
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially when it comes to directly addressing user issues with the software, hardware, and servers.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Project Management skills
• Leadership and able to make decisions in fast and effective way
• A result-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast- paced environment and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
• Solid analytical or problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions.
• Strong leadership and team development.
• Great communication and presentation skills with both business and C-level project sponsors (both in English and Vietnamese).
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
• Wiling to Travel
• Will be placement in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
