About the Department
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the relationship with Partners and Scheme Networks (Mastercard/Visa...), ensuring the payment solutions offering to customers.
• Manage all the innovative projects as per business strategies for business growth.
• Understand credit card product schemes, card product features, market trend to drive the projects aligned with products' needs.
• Manage product control to ensure full compliance to product T&C, regulatory requirements, and fair customer treatment.
• Build marketing materials for customer communication and product marketing/promotion schemes.
• Collaboration across stakeholders from regional office to country counterparts to obtain desirable outcomes on new system build.
• Ensure all the business requirements to build the systems to reflect the business needs with the ultimate goals to serve customers and ensure the business growth.
• Ensure the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure from the planning phase to testing phase to actual launch of new system and complies with banking regulations and standards.
• Ensure the systems built aligned with local regulation and apply the changes in terms of how the Bank to serve customers, system correspondence and operational process.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in product management or transformation project management within banking/finance industry.
• Understand APIs, digital wallets, payment gateway, security technology and card product knowledge.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in credit card product development and/or project management skill.
• Good communication skill and teamwork player.
