project Manager responsibility will vary based on the company, industry, and even project management role structure.
• Work with CEO/Manager, departmental heads in US to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member.
• Manage and execute a variety of commercial & residential projects capabilities to meet the needs and deadlines of the project.
• Know and follow company values, policies, guidelines, and memos.
• Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.
• Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.

• Setting up the action planning for training, promotion, and retention
• Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress.
• Setting smart KPI with incentives and benefits; implementing them to keep the team motivated and focused on their daily tasks project goals.
• Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps.
• Nurture collaboration amongst team members/ Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts.
• Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team.
• Willing to learn, willing to travel.
• 5- 10 years as per kern ferry sort creates and establishes succession planning and career development.
• Strong time management skills and high attention to detail
• Able work independently with systematic working methodology
• Absolute integrity and discretion always with respect to business conversations and confidential information
• Able to travel domestically/international (customers, suppliers)
