Event & Activation Supervisor

Job Descriptions
Event & Activation Supervisor will be responsible for planning and execution of high-end events for DAFC corporate brand and its portfolio of luxury brands. This role will manage vendors and on-site operations, and ensure seamless execution that delivers exceptional experiences for clients and guests while reinforcing brand image and differentiation.

Support to plan and execute retail events, including fashion event, product launches, exclusive previews...
Creating a checklist for event preparations
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, event staffing, and vendor management
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Sales) to align event strategies with overall brand objectives.
Support to develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Negotiate and manage contracts with event suppliers and partners.
Compiling reports on data collected from events
Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Strong knowledge of luxury industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong attention to detail.
Have the spirit of learning, working actively
Well-organization and multi-tasking abilities.
