Your Role
Drive our internal and partnered events and handle all aspects of event coordination, from the initial concept development, promotion, execution, and post-event evaluation.
Essential Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
Create event proposals and packages tailored to partner's requests.
Develop and create internal and external event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
Work with our internal teams on event concept, promotion, and execution.
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling and staffing, with our ops teams.
Oversees all aspects of the event at the time of execution.
Submit post-event reports.
Budget Management
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability.
Monitor and track all financial aspects of the event, including invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
Marketing
Work closely with our marketing team to promote our events and our event services.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience in event planning and coordination or hospitality.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and/or weekends, to accommodate client schedules and oversee events (your total working hours will remain the same)
