Marketing Executive Intern (Content & Video)
What you will do
· Content scripting: Write short-form scripts and storyboards for product videos (rackets, shoes, bags, strings) - hooks, shot lists, on-screen text, captions. Most of our videos run under 30 seconds, so every second has to earn its place.
· Production support: Join shoots on court and in store. Assist with filming, lighting, audio, prop and product setup; capture B-roll and behind-the-scenes. Provide basic editing support (CapCut / Premiere) when the team needs an extra pair of hands.
· Community management: Reply to comments and inbox messages on the fanpage and other channels - answer product questions, route sales leads, keep the tone friendly, fast and accurate.
· Product learning: Build real expertise in our product lines - frame specs, string gauges and tensions, shoe fit, warranty policy - so that your content and your replies are technically correct.
· Content calendar support: Help plan, schedule and track posts; monitor performance and feed insights back into the next round of content.
· Events: Support demo days, club activations and sponsored player content.
· KOL & sponsored athlete support: Work directly with HNDRD's KOLs, sponsored players and coaches - brief them on campaign deliverables, coordinate shoots and product hand-overs, follow up on posting schedules, and track what each partner has delivered.
What we are looking for
· Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or a related field.
· Good English - reading, writing and speaking. You will work with regional teammates in Singapore, read product documentation in English, and write English-language content and internal reports.
· Strong Vietnamese writing: you can write a hook that makes someone stop scrolling.
· Comfortable on camera or behind it - able to shoot clean footage on a phone or camera.
· Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent) are a big plus.
· Playing badminton is a big plus. Any racket sports background - badminton, tennis, pickleball or padel - helps you understand our products and our players.
· Organised, responsive, and willing to learn a technical product properly.
