Event Coordinators (freelance)

About the role
The Event Coordinator (EC) is a freelance position and is a key addition when operating AsiaMotions' events.
We are looking for individuals who firstly have a great interest in this field of Adventure and Outdoor education, who are self-driven and team players. The position requires supporting the organization of AsiaMotions' events, coordinating on logistics, learning-setting up-and-leading the outdoor activities on site, supporting AsiaMotions in all aspects of event operation on site.
The EC will work under the guidance and supervision of Event Manager (EM) and Event Leader (EL), and is required to report to the EM and EL for any final decision regarding on-site situations.
Duties and responsibilities
The EC is expected to:
- Commit to full attendance of the assigned trip(s).
- Respect and comply with AsiaMotions' working policies and Code of Conduct.
The responsibilities of the EC:
- Manage equipment: Load - unload equipment, take good care and rearrange equipment following guidance of EM and EL.
- Learn and well-prepare the tasks for the activities dispatched on site, ensure the quality of the activity in-charged.
- Contribute to the improvement of activities.
- Prioritize the safety of the group and overall smoothness of the program; limit phone's screen-time except for team communication.
- Photos or videos with students and teachers taken by anyone other than the designated trip's photographer is prohibited. The EC will help interfere with curious tourists/other guests as well to keep AsiaMotions comply with the school's policy.
Working environment
Our office is based in Thao Dien, Thu Duc city.
Some travels are required for the purpose of events.
