Support
brand marketing activities and administration for the Vietnam market, mainly for Aperol & Campari brands
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Coordinate and support event organization, including logistics and on-site activation when required.
Handle POSM/FOC requests and coordinate with warehouse for delivery to outlets participating in display programs.
Follow up on customer requests via group chat and brief internal
designers for posters, menus, and related materials.
Assist in managing social media: coordinating social media content
Support payment follow-up with suppliers, partners, and
bartenders.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Internship duration: 6 months (Full-time).

Undergraduate students majoring in Marketing / Public Relations / Event Management or related fields.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
Confident in English (both written and spoken).
Basic knowledge or experience in Marketing/Event coordination is a plus.
Familiar with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Willing to support on-site events and activations when required (including late hours if needed).
