Workshop/Event execution
- Plan activities together with team, execute engagement activities.
- Discuss with internal team and external parties for event preparation: workshop key visual, advertisement, venue, logistics, manpower, content, set design
- Cost management and cost optimization
- Execute the workshop/event, take care customers and KOLs during workshop
- Keep track of samples during workshop
Contents creation & organization
- Work with Visual Merchandise team to plan, create, keep track POSM deployment
- Cooperate with D2C team to plan content for livestream session
- Work with KOL/Agencies for content creation and review
Relationship management
- Cultivate/develop relationship with KOLs/influencers, Dealers, Production/Rental houses.
- Coordinate well with internal stakeholders: Sales, Field force, Promoters, VMD, In-house
designer, Customer Service
Sample management
- Monitor sample in-out status.
- Quarterly sample physical check.
Reporting
- Monitor the performance of activities with KPI (Conversion rate, ROI)
- Define the key take-aways or insights from activities
- Monitor customer satisfaction score, consolidate the customer survey
Other tasks as required by the line manager.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

- Excellent in planning, organizing, managing events.
- Good communication and presentation skills, in both Vietnamese and English.
- Multi-tasking and time management.
- Have knowledge or interest in photography/videography.
