Planning & Resource Management: Coordinate with departments to develop detailed production plans and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials for every stage.
Timeline Control: Manage production schedules to ensure all processes are completed on time.
Technical Supervision: Monitor all technical aspects, including sound, lighting, stage setup, LED screens, and cameras.
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and project progress.
On-site Operations: Oversee the installation of stages and technical equipment (truss systems, layer trusses) and handle any issues arising during the event.
Post-Event Management: Organize dismantling, cleanup, and prepare design documentation/acceptance reports.
Cross-team Collaboration: Collaborate with Account, Design, and Planning teams to contribute creative ideas for each project.
Yêu cầu
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event production.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of materials, structures, drawings, and technical event aspects.
Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; ability to work under high pressure.
