Responsibilities
• Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Support recruitment and employer branding activities.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes.
Requirements
• Final-year students or graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Passion for HR/ L&D/ EB and recruitment.
WORKING INFORMATION
• Location: TechnoPark Building, Vinhomes Ocean Park 1, Gia Lam, Hanoi.
• Working hours: Flexible check-in between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM and check-out between 5:45 PM
and 6:45 PM, ensuring eight working hours per day. The lunch break is from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM. The
working schedule is Monday to Friday, plus two alternating Saturdays per month (WFH).
