Mô tả công việc
Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate meetings, and take detailed meeting minutes.
Handle communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professionalism and accuracy at all times.
Organize and maintain important documents, files, and records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Respond to messages, answer queries, and manage correspondence with employees, stakeholders, and clients.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and discussions.
Assist in gathering data and information to support the CEO in decision-making processes.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and proactivity in resolving issues or challenges that arise within the scope of the CEO.
Closely coordinate with departments to support work and grasp work progress, handle assigned executive tasks within capacity and as required
Other specific duties will be discussed further during the interview.

Yêu cầu công việc
Age between 23 and 27 years old.
Have at least one year of experience in this position
Intelligent and agile, with a quick learning ability.
Strong technical mindset or proficiency in using new technology tools and AI applications for work.
Familiarity with business models such as SaaS and Software Development.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
Have previous experience leading projects.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Have at least one year of experience in this position

Salary: 15-20 mil gross
13th month salary (based on actual working months in 2024)
11 public holidays, 12 annual leave days based on Vietnam Government regulations
Company sponsored activities such as sports, dining/drinking
100% salary in 2 months probation
Dynamic and comfortable working environment.
Working time: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) - WFH 2.5 days/week
13th month salary (based on actual working months in 2024)
11 public holidays, 12 annual leave days based on Vietnam Government regulations
Company sponsored activities such as sports, dining/drinking
100% salary in 2 months probation
Dynamic and comfortable working environment.
