About the role
As the Expansion PMO, you are the operating backbone of the Global Market Expansion team. You ensure every market launch runs with clear priorities, disciplined execution, and proactive risk management.
This is not an administrative PMO role. You don't just track timelines-you challenge assumptions, identify risks early, drive accountability across functions, and help leadership make faster, better decisions.
Working across multiple international markets, you'll build standardized launch playbooks, governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms that enable GSM to scale consistently.
What you'll own
1. Program Governance
- Own the master expansion roadmap across all markets.
- Establish governance, stage gates and launch readiness reviews.
- Drive weekly execution reviews and executive steering meetings.
2. Execution Management
- Track milestones, dependencies and cross-functional deliverables.
- Identify risks early, challenge delays and drive issue resolution.
- Ensure decisions are translated into execution.
3. Portfolio Management
- Maintain visibility across all expansion markets.
- Support prioritization, resource allocation and launch sequencing.
- Monitor expansion KPIs, budgets and overall portfolio health.
4. Operating Excellence
- Develop standardized expansion playbooks, templates and best practices.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve launch processes.
- Drive consistency across markets while maintaining execution speed.
5. Executive Support
- Prepare executive dashboards and decision materials.
- Support leadership with strategic planning and business reviews.
- Act as the Director's right hand on execution management.
