Expert, Brand Governance

The job holder is responsible for governing and monitoring the implementation of Techcombank's brand standards across the organization, ensuring consistent application of brand identity, brand guidelines and related frameworks across all customer and employee touchpoints.

• Manage the implementation of brand standards and brand identity guidelines across the Bank.
• Ensure all brand-related materials, communications and customer touchpoints comply with approved brand guidelines and requirements.
• Provide consultation and approval for the use of brand assets in accordance with governance processes and authority levels.

• Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess adherence to brand standards across channels, products, branches and communications.
• Develop and maintain compliance metrics, reports and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Identify non-compliance issues and work with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

• Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates, toolkits and other brand assets.
• Support the development and enhancement of brand frameworks, visual identity systems and related governance tools.
• Ensure brand assets are accessible, up to date and consistently applied across the organization.

• Partner with Business Units and functional teams to support effective implementation of brand standards.
• Provide guidance and training to improve brand awareness and compliance across the Bank.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors and partners to ensure brand consistency in all deliverables.

- Level 3
Expertise
- Have professional knowledge on brand development, building media and advertising plans, priority in FMCG industry, MNC companies, multinational advertising companies.
Work Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management
