'1. Building Strategy and business model for Insurance segment:
- Develop a business strategy and plan for each period, according to the strategic direction and objectives of the Bank.
- Build a business model according to the approved overall business plan and coordinate with
Business Development to implement the plan.
- Participate in developing / adjusting business plan (revenue / component / revenue structure; cost / component / cost structure), KRAs / KPIs / Incentive scheme of Insurance Division
- Participate in building / adjusting the items of KRAs / KPIs / Incentive scheme for Regions / Regions / CN / Sales force and sales support force
- Coordinate with related units to allocate the Insurance Division business plan and action plan to the Business Divisions, to Regions / Regions, Branches, Sales Forces and other Business Support Divisions.
