JOB SUMMARY
The Expert/Team Leader of Retail Research leads engagement efforts with internal and external retail clients while supervising the Market Strategist, Investment Advisor, and junior staff. This role is responsible for overseeing the creation and delivery of retail-focused content, including the daily live stream, weekly focus call, and market commentary for the Retail daily report. Additionally, the Manager ensures high-quality brief reports on mid-cap companies are produced for retail investors.
Supervise the Market Strategist and Investment Advisor to ensure the timely production of high-quality market recommendations and analysis.
Write engaging and insightful market commentary for the Retail daily report, summarizing key market movements, trends, and actionable insights.
Manage and deliver content for the company's daily live stream and weekly focus call, incorporating technical and market analysis.
Supervise interns and junior staff to produce brief reports on mid-cap companies tailored for retail investors.
Act as the primary point of contact for retail client queries and relationship management.
Collaborate with the Macro Analyst and Sector Analysts to integrate macroeconomic and sector-specific insights into retail-focused content.
Develop strong relationships with the firm's retail teams, including wealth advisors and client advisors.
Gather and analyze feedback from internal and external clients to improve services and address client needs.
Yêu cầu
1. Educational Background/ Certificates
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Work Experience
5+ years of experience in financial markets, technical analysis, or retail research.
3. Knowledge/Professional Competence/Skills
Strong knowledge of market conditions, technical analysis, and investment products.
Experience managing teams and delivering client-facing content.
Proven ability to write concise and engaging market commentary for retail audiences.
Ability to mentor and guide junior staff in producing high-quality research reports.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
