Coordinate with related departments and external bodies to prepare and process project procedures.
Support administrative tasks for real estate development projects.
Handle administrative tasks related to project management, commercial, and residential operations.
Interpret during internal meetings and discussions with partners, translate documents as needed and prepare accurate.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with government agencies and relevant authorities.
Participate in receiving delegations, organizing site visits, inspections, and meetings with partners.
Perform tasks to support the Board of Directors as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree.
At least 2 years of experience in related role.
Good Japanese communication skills, JLPT N1, N2 is a plus.
Experience working in real estate companies or construction or architecture or urban development is a plus.
Basic English communication skills.
Basic skills in MS Office.
