Daily communication of F&B and Kitchen regarding menu preparation, printout labels, signage for events or any other request from F&B requires.
Support in weekly/ monthly control measures to ensure that food & beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet is in line with budget
Attend departmental daily briefings to ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members
Handle all administration work under operation requirement and company's policies
Support outlets ordering with the supply of equipment/stock level and ensure that there is no shortage of items which have impact on the operation and guests
Maintain overall knowledge of all food & beverage services outlets and hotel services/features
Daily update with outlets reservation, booking, Banquet Events Order & Change Logs
Assist other food & beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required
Respond professionally, politely, and efficiently to extraordinary requests from F&B Management
Responsible and accountable for administrative works including reports, summary or others tasks assigned from F&B Manager
