Monitor the performance of the food and beverage team and perform regular performance reviews
Manage the food and beverage budget, forecast future budget requirements, and provide reports on expenditures and costs.
Collaborate with the HR department to hire and train new staff as needed.
Develop and implement an effective feedback-gathering initiative to gain information about the satisfaction of guests' meal experiences.
Providing companies with the latest information and advice on industry trends, regulatory compliance, customer experience and business model development, marketing strategies, menu design concepts, point-of-sale systems
Prepare regular financial and asset management reports for the department.
Minimum of 02 years of F&B Manager
Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong team management, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent skills in Guest service and Public Relations.
Good knowledge of F&B, F&B trends, with a main focus on healthy and vegan food and beverage options (prefer buffet), a business
developer who can manage multiple outlets, trains the team and is well organized.
