JOB SUMMARY
Supervise and assigning day-to-day activities in Raw Material Quality Control (RMQC) team
Lead RMQC Team (20 people) to accomplish quality control operational targets, in meeting production scheduling according to production plans
Follow up all inspections, testing of material: chemical tests, physical tests, visual color matching, and respective inspection procedures are being carried out according to standard procedures
Communication with supplier for material quality complaint and supplies improvement
Solving daily problem of material after inspection
Training, developing, and cross training the junior team members to enhance departmental capabilities
Other tasks assigned by QA Manager

Material readiness OTIF for Production
Right quality and right quantities at right time to support material issuance schedule
Zero accident in workplace
Compliance to product safety procedures
Quality complaints from customer related to material quality
