Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor all facade fabrication and installation activities
• Ensure facade works are executed according to approved drawings, MOS, and ITP
• Monitor factory production quality and fabrication processes
• Coordinate and follow up facade mock-up production, installation, and approvals
• Coordinate and monitor facade material testing and approval procedures
• Follow up site testing activities including water leakage tests and performance tests
• Coordinate facade works with structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines
• Review facade shop drawings and technical submittals
• Monitor installation quality and compliance with project specifications
• Conduct site inspections for curtain wall, glazing, aluminum, and cladding systems
• Follow up material inspections and delivery quality control
• Verify workmanship and installation tolerances on site
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for NCR, punch list, and corrective actions
• Follow up site progress and support schedule targets
• Attend technical and coordination meetings with consultant and subcontractors
• Ensure facade works comply with project safety and quality requirements
Yêu cầu
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facade and cladding works
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, aluminum, steel, and facade systems
• Experience in high-rise building and complex facade projects
• Strong experience in facade fabrication and factory production processes
• Experience in facade mock-up activities and related inspections
• Experience in facade site testing activities such as water leakage tests, air permeability tests, and performance tests
• Knowledge and experience in facade material testing and approval procedures
• Strong experience in facade installation and erection works on site
• Ability to read and interpret facade shop drawings and technical specifications
• Familiar with facade installation methods, Method Statements (MOS), and ITP requirements
• Experience in site inspections and quality control activities
• Knowledge of waterproofing, sealant application, and facade interface coordination
• Ability to coordinate with facade subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines
• Good understanding of safety requirements related to facade installation works
• Ability to prepare technical reports and follow up site documentation
• Good command of English for technical communication and documentation
