This jobispartof theCatering jobfunction.They areresponsibleforplanning,ordering,and serving foodat client and company locations and events.
What You'll Do
Coordinateandguidecateringsupplieronday-to-dayoperationbyoverseeingthewholecanteenoperation from kitchens to serving lines.
Coordinate and guide catering supplier on any hospitality request.
Pointofcontactforcateringsupplierstocoordinatewithinternalteamforanykitchenmaintenanceor issues.
Respondtocustomerrequestsandcomplaintsaboutthecanteen operation.
Observecateringsuppliertoensuremeetingclients'expectations,operationstandards,foodsafetystandards, and menu options.
Manage meal subsidy system.
Randomlyperformnight/weekendshiftaudittoensuretheconsistencyofperformanceand standards.
Present a professional appearance and articulate mannerisms.
Resolvecomplexproblemsandidentifyappropriateapproachestoexistingsolutionstoaccomplishteam objectives.
Mayestablishnewtechniquestoensuretheteamisabletomeetits objectives.
Coordinate with Catering Manager in audits and inspections in order to meeting expectations.
LeadbyexampleandmodelbehaviorsthatareconsistentwithCBRERISEvalues.Guideteamthroughthe application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
WhatYou'll Need
Bachelor Degreewith3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality/catering.
Excellent knowledge and in Food Safety Management system such as HACCP or ISO22000
Fulfillthephysicalrequirementsassociatedwiththisrole.Thisincludesstooping,standing,walking,climbing stairs and scheduled night/weekend shift.
In-depthunderstandingof arangeofprocesses,procedures,systems,and conceptswithinownjobfunctionand basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requirestheabilitytoexplaincomplexconceptsorsensitive information.
ExpertknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeproducts.ExamplesincludeWord,Excel,Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
Problem solving skills.
