Mô tả công việc
1. Facility Coordination:
- Responsible for facilities management service delivery at TNIS.
- Directly go to review, supervise, and check the facility periodically on a daily/monthly/weekly basis for items of equipment and facilities and make statistics and report on the general condition of Facility.
- Work closely with school leaders, teachers and maintenance staff to ensure that the repair and management of the facility is always ready for use and safe.
- Supervise, monitor the implementation and acceptance of services within the school including repair, maintenance services, maintenance of Facility items and other services.
- Monitor the use of facilities, equipment and regulations on safety and fire prevention - Responsible for updating, summarizing the situation, receiving information reflected on facilities from the focal points to report the overall situation to the Head of Department.
- Coordinate damage verification, prepare repair or replacement recommendations, in conjunction with supplier working procurement staff.
- Coordinate to review, evaluate and manage service quality of providers related to the school facilities systems.
2. Service Vendor Coordination:
- Ensure school services are well operated, ensure safety and keep the school's image clean and tidy, including Security - Cleaning - Gardening - Pest Control -Uniform.
- Supervise and check the performance of the above suppliers; Make contracts and compare, pay debts monthly.
- Control the employees working at the facility, ensure that all legal documents are in accordance with regulations.
3. School uniforms - Warehouse:
- Budget planning for ordering and receiving goods => monthly disbursement plan.
- Receive enrollment quotas, estimate the required quantity according to the current year's plan (items, unit prices, purchasing methods).
- Plan to order uniforms and learning materials.
- Summary of existing problems in the use of learning materials in the current school year (a lot/it, no or little use of learning materials);
- Provide, synthesize, propose the list, the number of books, students' learning materials for each grade.
- Submit to the Head of Department for Approval of the list of learning materials.
- Make a plan for learning materials for the next school year to order Search, test, compare the quality, types of learning materials to order, apply for the school year.
- Order materials for the next school year.
- Make a list of quotations for learning materials.
- Set up the registration form to buy uniforms - learning materials to parents.
- Coordinate with sales staff to buy goods according to the purchasing process.
4. Risk control:
- Make a plan to check the school safety level every 2 weeks. Detecting & Record Areas of Attention.
- Assess the safety level & send reports to the department head every 2 weeks.
- Check the implementation of correction and improvement of related departments.
5. Others:
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the position's responsibilities or working scope.

* Bachelor's degree;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field;
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, and property managers;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proactive, detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Availability for after-hours emergency calls and occasional weekend work.
