Facility Engineer (Kỹ Sư Cơ Sở Hạ Tầng Mảng Xây Dựng/ Điện/ Cơ Khí)

The candidate may be assigned to one of the three areas, depending on their capabilities and the company's needs.
1. Construction Engineer (Mảng xây dựng):
• Support project managers in developing construction execution plans and master schedules.
• Coordinate with design teams, supervision consultants, and relevant departments to validate technical solutions and construction feasibility.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering sessions, and technical clarification meetings.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
• Inspect construction workmanship and verify compliance with applicable standards.
• Review and validate method statements, material submissions, ITPs, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with contractors.
• Verify daily reports, progress tracking data, and quantity confirmations.
• Assist in system testing, pre commissioning/commissioning activities, and functional checks.
• Participate in final acceptance, punch list closure, and project handover.
2. Electrical Engineer (Mảng điện)
- Manage electrical scopes for new projects, including installation and commissioning of transformers, generators, power distribution boards, grounding systems, elevator, PA system, telephone system.
- Review and evaluate MEP/Electrical design documents, shop drawings, and material submissions.
- Coordinate with design consultants and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Handle design-related issues during construction; coordinate resolution with consultants and contractors.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure installation aligns with electrical standards.
- Participate in testing & commissioning of electrical systems including High Voltage/Medium Voltage/Low Voltage distribution, emergency power, SCADA, and grounding checks.
- Plan to check, repair and maintain regularly electric system following to standard.
- Lead and implement energy saving program, identify opportunities to optimize power usage.
3. Mechanical Engineer (Mảng cơ khí)
• Supervise and manage mechanical works related to HVAC, CDA, Chiller, boiler and Clean room system.
• Review design and shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Co-ordinate daily work with contractors and other engineers.
• Support pre-commissioning, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare technical reports and assist in hand over documentation.
• Monitor machine safety and ensure compliance with project specification.
