• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in facility engineering, factory maintenance, or industrial utilities.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air systems, and general factory utilities.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and contractor coordination.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documentation.
• Good problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire prevention, and environmental requirements is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Saturday.
