Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility Officer in AEON MALL Ha Long.
+ Working location: Ha Long, Quang Ninh.
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM - C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week but not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive/ Manager.
+ Main function: To ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation of a shopping mall by coordinating with service providers, handling tenant and building owner relations, maintaining facilitiy and security standards, and overseeing operational procedures.
1. Maintain a strong relationship with the building owner to ensure timely monthly inspections, payment, and smooth operational arrangements. (15%)
2. Monitor and assess the service performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (ADV - service provider) and provide recommendations for quality enhancement and cost efficiency. (10%)
3. Coordinate with ADV to address tenant-related incidents involving equipment and technical systems, such as water leaking, malfunctioning roller shutters, power outages, and other similar issues. (10%)
4. Instruct the shopping mall's operational procedures and regulations to tenants, suppliers, and vendors, and ensure their proper implementation. (10%)
5. Manage parking fee to make sure in/out cost is in balance. (10%)
6. Follow all fit out work, renovation, event set-up in the shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any. (10%)
7. Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from supervisors. (10%)
8. Regularly patrol around the shopping mall to ensure that all facilities and services provided to customers are in good condition. (10%)
9. Coordinate with the building owner on situations that impact operations and effectively connect multiple parties to come up with solutions. (10%)

1. Have Bachelor's or College degree in relevant fields.
2. Have at least 2 years of experience in Property Management/ Operation, knowledge of technical and MEP is an advantage.
3. Have basic spoken and written English skills and good communication in Vietnamese.
4. Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
5. Ability to work under high pressure.
6. Be willing to work in shift and on public holidays.
